The Board of Trustees is the statutory body of the F-nadace foundation.
The composition of the Board of Trustees is the following:
- Ing. Petr Frolík, Founder of the foundation, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Locator (investment advisory in the area of properties)
- Ing. Jakub David
- Ing. Jan Drahokoupil
Supervisory Board:
Supervision of management, economic activities and distribution of the foundation's contributions are carried out by a Supervisory Board. Its members are representatives from the most significant sponsors of the foundation's principal sum.
The Supervisory Board consists of the following:
- Kateřina Varcopová, delegována firmou Accenture Central Europe B. V.
- Ing. Marcel Vančura, delegován firmou Saurer Czech Republic s.r.o.
- Iva Guthová, delegována firmou Ernst & Young, s.r.o.
