Changes in the F-nadace foundation Board of Directors
After nearly six years of service on the F-nadace foundation board of directors, Jan Drahokoupil has decided to accept a new challenge – joining the board of directors of the Evangelical Theological Seminary (ETS) in Prague.
We thank him for his dedication, support, and shared journey over the past years and wish him wisdom, joy, and God’s guidance in his new role.

Board of Directors:
It is the statutory body of F-nadace foundation.

The composition of the board of directors is as follows:

• Petr Frolík, chairman of the board of directors and founder of F-nadace foundation, managing director of Locator (investment consulting in real estate)
• Jakub David

Supervisory Board:
Supervision over the management of F-nadace foundation and the distribution of foundation grants is carried out in accordance with the statute by the supervisory board. Its members are representatives of the most significant sponsors.

The composition of the supervisory board is as follows:

• Kateřina Varcopová, delegated by Accenture Central Europe B. V.
• Ing. Marcel Vančura, delegated by Saurer Czech Republic s.r.o.
• Iva Guthová, delegated by Ernst & Young, s.r.o.
